We work with many dental insurers and offer fee-for-service and membership options — plus flexible financing to make your care affordable.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and personal checks, plus Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

We have financing plans available through CareCredit and Alphaeon Credit. We can provide information about both financing options in our office.

We have relationships with many dental insurers. Please provide your insurance information when you call to schedule, so we have enough time to check your coverage before your appointment. If your provider isn't listed below, call us — providers often go by various names, and we may be able to find coverage available to you. Ready to get started? What to know about
your benefits

As a courtesy, we make every effort to review and verify your insurance before each appointment — but we recommend you contact your provider directly to confirm benefits and coverage before your visit.

  • Some providers limit the information they share, so complete details of benefits may not be retrievable.
  • Policies often include exclusions, deductibles, and copayments — it's each patient's responsibility to be informed of these terms prior to receiving services.
  • Any remaining or returned balance after a claim is processed is the responsibility of the patient. Claims cannot be adjusted, backdated, or resubmitted after payment.
  • All copayments are due at the time of service.
